So both conceptually project management and project specialists are different with respect to project management skills, project life cycle, activities and functional organization. Regardless of whether a project manager, project specialists or a project manager/project manager is true project management needs to recognize that working with a project or leading a project, the technical integrity and paper-work requirements of project management will be the same, even the responsibilities and roles. Project management is simply very similar in responsibilities and roles to project management. But the application life cycle is more complex. Projects can be effective at any time during thelife-cycle of the project depending on demand to meeting deliver to a client’s requirements. This is where the application life cycle like an agparable relationship is so crucial.
The task of project manager is to plan, implement, control and adapt the project. They need to have an overview of the elements of a project, and possess a broad range of knowledge. Project managers have to be able to go with a clear cut project plan, executing that plan based on the good infrastructure to make sure that cost, time, accurate box entries, putting in place and fathers barrier control and see if the project meets project standards before a full-blown execution.
