4. Develop a Range Routine
Just like any other physical activity, you need to warm up before you go hard. So don’t head to the range and try to sling out drivers at the maximum distance. This will get you all out of whack fast.
Instead, start slow with your short iron or wedge. Slowly increase the speed and length of your swings as your muscles warm-up. Once you reach the driver, you’ll hit a few balls and then go back to the beginning and start with the wedge again.
