Graduate College

College graduation is an exciting time for students. After years of education, you get so many life paths to choose from in You Graduate College.

As a new college graduate, you have a lot of options and more freedom to choose what you want to do next in life. This is the best time to volunteer or intern in your industry which can be both physical and online.

I’ll be listing some things for you to do after You Graduate College to help you find what might be your best step:

1. Find an internship
Many companies require that students must be able to receive college credit to be eligible for work, but there are some that don’t require anything.

If you’re a recent graduate, there’s a better chance for you to find yourself a good position that works for you, especially if you’re willing to work as a full-time worker.

Not only do internships offer a good amount of money but, they are an excellent way of offering valuable work experience. Later on, you can list that experience on your resume.

Start searching for internships prior to graduation so you can begin immediately after graduating.

  1. Research assistant

Nowadays, many colleges and universities are hiring college graduates to assist them with research.

As universities have a significant amount of their resources invested in research, this is the time for you to apply for it and earn some extra cash. Try contacting your college or school professors to see if there research opportunities available for recent graduates.

  2. Work for some college

Many colleges hire college graduates to provide coursework help, development and academic advising.

If you are passionate about higher education, consider speaking to your old professors so can they put in a good word for you and to check if there are any open positions for you.

    5.  Teach/Translate English worldwide

Many countries seek native English speakers to teach children and adults the English Language. For these types of jobs, you don’t necessarily need to have a degree in education or even experience teaching. All they need is a person with a TEFL Certificate who’s fluent in English.

This also gives you the chance to travel and experience a new culture and develop a strong skill set.

For translating jobs, you’ll have to be fluent in at least two languages, especially English as it’s the most spoken and known language in the world. There are a lot of schools and colleges offering translation jobs as there are many translation projects that require translating a document from one language to another. This type of work is very time consuming so therefore, they hire people online around the world.

6. Be an adventure guide.

This is a very fun job. For this you have to be the adventurous type. Whether you’re into bungee jumping, skydiving, rock climbing, etc. This type of job is available internationally as companies are looking to hire good English speaking guides due to the popularity of these types of activities abroad.
