How to link Adhaar and PAN – Online Process
While trying to link Adhaar and PAN to your LIC or any other existing policy, you must need the active mobile number which is already linked to your Adhaar and PAN so that you can generate and receive OTP which is essential for linking process.
3 Steps to follow during the online linking process:
1. Visit official LIC Seeding App
2. Complete the form by filling the required fields.
- Name
- Date of birth
- Email ID
- Aadhaar number
- PAN number
- Policy number
- Aadhaar registered mobile number
After completing the form click on generate OTP.
3. You will receive an OTP on your linked mobile number. After receiving the OTP enter the OTP and click on submit then will see a message of successful registration linking for Aadhaar linking with LIC.
It might take some time to link your policy with your Adhaar and PAN. Once the linking process is completed you will receive a confirmation message through SMS/E-mail from UIDAI on your linked mobile number or your linked e-mail.

How to link Adhaar and PAN – Offline Process
If you are not a regular internet user or a not familiar with the online process then you must visit your nearest LIC branch with the original and xerox copy of your Adhaar and PAN card as ask for the offline form. Once done don’t forget to take an acknowledgement letter from the Authorized LIC branch.
